Well, imagine a tennis match. That might be compaired to life... In a tennis match we may have a situation called match point. A single point which will decide the match. Simple, isn´t it? Quite.
Figure if in this particular match (someone's life, don't miss the analogy), the score is 0x6, 0x6 and in the third set your opponent scores 5 games against 0 of yours. So, here we are, at the sixth game of the third set, your service. You begin with a double fault, then your opponent makes two destroyer devolutions...
Now what? 0x6, 0x6, 0x5 (0x40)... Oh, fuck. You will loose badly. This would be the fastest and most humilating match in history... There's nothing left to do... Is that so?...
Imagine you could give up this game and play another match, like a chance to recover what you´ve lost or what you´ve done wrong... This not that simple, is it?... No, it´s not.
Then you struggle not to loose the match. Why? Because you have your fans, you have your coach, you have disciples, you have your self respect, you self esteem... (Do you?).
Anyway, somehow you find hidden forces where you don´t know and decide to make a single point. You throw the ball up and serve... Not a strong nor a much fast service, but the opponent makes a non forced error and you get an ace. Oh, God (God? This is just an expression, isn´t it?)... It´s somehow good to score... After such an awfull match, a tinny little taste of joy. But you can´t relief. The opponent still have a match point... You serve again and again, two more aces... "Fucking Hell, this is somehow pleasant... I´d like to have some more..." And you may. And you do. And you win the game... Now those three match points will be forgotten... You´ve already given the public something to think about.
Now, the score shows: 0x6, 0x6, 1x5... It´s your opponents service and there may be some extra match points. What can we do? A tennis match is a bitch...
Just play. One point at a time. Seize each one, live the moments without missing the big picture you have a long road to travel if you want to turn over this match... You can loose a few points (maybe a lot of points) but you can´t loose a single game anymore.
Will it be possible? Will you find the guts and the passion to keep playing? How many match points you´ll have to face against you? Nobody knows.
Pay attention! The opponent is throwing the ball up and the seventh game of the third set will begin...
Good luck...
Blessed be my friends.
